Unless it can be proven that WikiLeaks hacked the DNC servers and/or John Podesta’s gmails, there is nothing illegal in WikiLeaks having published those materials, established precedent since the Supreme Court in 1971 ruled that the media did nothing illegal in publishing the stolen Pentagon Papers.
