This morning by tweet, president Trump apprised Mexico that the border will be closed permanently if the illegal alien wannabes refuse to plead their cases at the specified ports of entry, and that Congress should step-up with border wall funding, the implication obviously that the border will be secured by the military or by a wall (funded by Congress), it’s up to those congresspersons which it will be.
