The individuals who would receive tax deductions for up to say 25% of their net income for gifts to a national healthcare fund (to “insure” people with preexisting conditions) could advertise that fact to prospective customers of whatever businesses they may own to consider them America First as they would be contributing to the nation’s general welfare.
