Establishment shill Andrew Napolitano said tonight on Fox News that Matthew Whitaker can’t serve as interim U. S. attorney general without Senate confirmation, but the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998 shows that Whitaker is qualified, causing many to wonder how Napolitano can say stuff like that.
