Imagine over 30% of African-Americans voting for the Republican candidates backing Trump’s agenda in the midterms, plus over 40% of Latinos, that will make a red wave on Nov. 6th, which could bear-out if Rasmussen polling is correct that African-American support for Trump’s agenda is at 36%, and CNN’s Harry Enten is correct that a surprising number of Latinos will vote Republican or stay home.
