Beginning with Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden, the Word provides the generations which followed, generation-by-generation all the way up to Jesus, four thousand years of human history marked by the names of real people proven in history, so if the earth and humanity are not just six thousand years old, then where would be the supposed gaps in the generation-by-generation accounting of history from the original pair up to the generation of Jesus’ incarnation?
