Two recent polls show that Patrick Morrisey has pulled even with Joe Manchin in West Virginia, both candidates with support in the low 40’s, such a low number for the incumbent, Manchin, at this late point in the race a good sign for Morrisey because the undecideds usually break for the challenger.
