In his taking Rod Rosenstein off the FISA warrant investigation, Jeff Sessions may have been factoring that Rosenstein signed the fourth FISA warrant (against Carter Page) which subsequently was leaked to the press, highly classified information, Sessions knowing Rosenstein would would be in legal jeopardy.
