While it’s certainly arguable that the Russell Senate Office Building should be renamed for the recently departed senator John McCain, there’s no doubt who is mostly behind that suggestion, the Democrats led by Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, because senator Richard Russell (mentor to Lyndon Johnson) was a racist who opposed Civil Rights legislation, and because McCain hated Trump perhaps more than anybody.
