Foolishly the Democrats may try to impede the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court until the midterm elections when they hope to takeover the House and maybe the Senate too so that Trump would have to nominate a less conservative judge, but imagine the damage the stonewalling would do to the Democrat candidates for Congress running in the midterms.
