Because of Venezuela’s greatly diminished oil production (thanks to socialist neglect), the Venezuelan government in recent years has not been keeping up with debt payments to China, yet seeing Maduro refusing aid from Trump, the Chinese have stepped into the void sending a hospital ship, is Maduro preparing to cede his country to China rather than bring his nation out of poverty by free market capitalism, to create a safe and free Venezuela to where western investment would flow?
