When you consider that in the 2012 presidential election, Mitt Romney got only 5% of the black vote, like McCain and Bush before him, and now the leader of the Republican party, president Trump, is right at 30% among black voters and climbing, the constitutional nationalism espoused by Trump clearly is in agreement with perhaps most black voters.
