The previous batch of Russians indicted by the DoJ was put-together by Robert Mueller, but the current batch is by the DoJ’s National Security Division, so it seems the DoJ is not certain of the efficacy of using Mueller as an investigative tool much longer, damaged goods, ObamaGate unraveling.
