For a third time Robert Mueller has postponed the sentencing hearing for Michael Flynn, as Greg Jarrett theorizes because Mueller didn’t provide the exculpatory evidence to Flynn’s lawyers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn said he was telling the truth, so the case will end-up dismissed for this reason.
