Black U. S. citizens are as opposed to the Democrats’ catch-and-release policy (that ideally the released illegal aliens months later will return to court) as are the rest of the U. S. electorate, only 20% favoring catch-and-release, so Trump is looking good promoting the Four Pillars Plan.
