Remember when the FBI’s then new director Christopher Wray was saying that the image of the FBI’s rank-and-file personnel was being wrongly tarnished by the transgressions of just of few at the top of the bureau? But today Mr. Wray said to the world that the rank-and-file personnel of the FBI will receive training on how to not allow their political biases to affect their work, in effect thereby scapegoating the rank-and-file personnel at the FBI rather than pointing the finger at the transgressors.
