Assuming Bernie Sanders is not relishing the prospect of being shredded by president Trump for two years in campaign mode, the Democrat party has given him an excuse to bail-out, announcing that only members of the Democrat party can run for president on their ticket, so Bernie the Independent can say that he can’t do that “on principle,” that he’s beyond boundaries.
