Many hot summer rain showers come from merely evaporated water having gone aloft (not by a cold front hitting warm moist air), now imagine that the surface of the ocean were that warm worldwide all year long, as it was following Noah’s Flood, during the Ice Age which ended when the world ocean had cooled to about today’s temperatures by circa 1500 b. c.
