Do you remember the summer of 2016 during the presidential campaign when James Comey as FBI director refused to refer Hillary’s email scandal to the DoJ for prosecution? Comey said that Hillary didn’t intend to violate the federal regulations, but who believes that except for maybe Lawrence O’Donnell or Rachel Maddow?
