Two weeks ago, Devin Nunes sent a subpoena to the Justice Department for Rod Rosenstein’s memo regarding the intended scope of Robert Mueller’s investigation, and for two weeks there has been no response, Nunes not even knowing that Jeff Sessions is aware of the subpoena, but Sessions certainly will be this morning because Nunes on Fox & Friends this morning said that Sessions this week will be held in contempt of Congress if he doesn’t handover Rosensteins memo, un-redacted.
