For all we know, Michael Cohen paid-off Stormy Daniels so her supposed news about Trump wouldn’t be made public to hurt Melania and the kids, so the prosecutor would have to prove it was not for this reason, rather as a campaign donation, and even in the latter case hardly an impeachable offense.
