Asylum seekers in “the Caravan” at the southern border at Tijuana/San Diego must be processed at the official Port of Entry, so any that try to enter elsewhere (whether asylum-seeking or not), for instance through Goat Canyon, are being arrested, which is a very good way to discourage illegal immigrants, the asylum seekers of course who still can make their case.
