People staying abreast of the ObamaGate investigation know that Rod Rosenstein should be shopping around for a defense team (which he probably has already done), so all Jeff Sessions need say in firing him is that deputy attorney general Rosenstein was complicit in high level DoJ malfeasance and so must prepare for the scrutiny of his actions coming.
