There would be a “blue wave” for the Democrats in the fall midterm elections if the Republicans plus the constitutional nationalist types of Democrats and Independents don’t turn-out to vote for congressional candidates supportive of president Trump’s agenda, which is why pollsters such as hapless Charlie Cook and Frank Luntz are being paraded around the news shows saying the “blue wave’ is going to happen, but Cook and Luntz were certain that Hillary would win the presidency, thus their prediction for the 2018 midterms perhaps a prediction of success for Trump’s agenda?
