When the most qualified candidate for a position is black but doesn’t receive the job or promotion, legal recourse is availed thanks to Martin Luther King who said to judge a person by the content of character not by skin color, so remembering that King was a Republican, blacks should look to the Republican party for fair treatment, away from the plantation mentality fostered by the Democrat party.
