Russia’s economy is so weak that president Trump and the European allies knew that after the Russian diplomats were expelled, Vlad Putin wouldn’t reduce or curtail his oil exports to the West, and actually, thanks to Trump’s agenda, the United States may soon be capable of replacing most of the oil and gas now supplied to Europe by the Russians.
