Jeff Sessions knows that Rod Rosenstein signed one of the fraudulent FISA warrants against Team Trump, so there’s no other way to explain Session’s behavior than that he’s obstructing justice by refusing to appoint a special counsel, this failure which will dog him forever unless he changes.
