Asking Inspector General Michael Horowitz to Throw Colleagues Under Bus Too Much to Expect so Special Counsel

While DoJ inspector general Michael Horowitz reportedly is a true professional, should we really expect him to be unbiased in his reportage of the stinking monkey-business on the 7th floor of the FBI and the hierarchy of DoJ during and after the Obama administration regarding ObamaGate? So a new special counsel (prosecutor) is certainly needed, because whatever Horowitz ends-up reporting will still be suspect in the minds of the American people.
