The Democrats will lose congressional districting and voting strength thanks to the citizenship status question on the 2020 U. S. Census form, but theoretically the federal aid to the most affected states (such as New York, Florida, Illinois, New Mexico, and California) perhaps can be maintained if those states with sanctuary cities would end that affront to Constitutional law.
