Reports have been surfacing that president Trump is interviewing candidates to replace H. R. McMaster and John Kelly, reports which surely have reached their ears, so Trump apparently is trying to coax them out the White House door, suggesting that they resign, hoping that it will be a relatively quiet transition. McMaster and Kelly are proof that Trump tried to work with the establishment types, and considering the president’s statement that he likes differing opinions to consider in his decision making process, the replacements might not be all that disgusting to the establishment, but maybe the replacements will because Trump has the confidence now to more overtly carry his agenda through.
