That the immigration rate into the U. S. be halved is favored by most Americans, so considering there was zero immigration (except illegal) into the U. S. from the mid 1920’s to the mid 1960’s, the Democrats would be wise to try to strike a DACA deal including Trump’s three other Pillars of his plan before the midterm elections when it seems more likely that a red not blue wave will happen.
