If the four deputies had done their job during the Florida shooting, they would have split-up and gone into the school through windows (because the school entrances would be watched by the perp), to then peek-out the classroom doors into the hallways to begin stalking the perp, and armed teachers would have had the same tactical advantage, many guns coming at the perp from differing directions.
