Michael Flynn appears to be contesting his indictment because judge Emmit Sullivan has instructed Robert Mueller to turnover all the exculpatory evidence for Flynn, the judge too now apparently questioning the legitimacy of the indictment, all hinging on the fraudulently obtained FISA warrants.
