Surely now the parents, teachers, and students bereaving the dead in the Florida shooting are sadly considering what they could have done to prevent it, having had much evidence that Nikolas Cruz was trouble waiting to happen, learning the lesson in a tragically hard way that threatening behavior is to be taken seriously. Of course when violent threats on social media would be met with a visit from the FBI or local law enforcement, then those threats would be greatly lessened, the potential perps forced to go underground where they should be already anyway if the social media companies would act like they care about fighting the incitement of terrorism on the web.
