Everybody knows that Trump wants a barrier all across the southern border, in some places no real wall rather electronic surveillance and personnel, perhaps half actual wall, so those in Congress opposing president Trump and constitutional nationalism are just trying to hide from the fact that they oppose secure borders, making them losers in the 2018 midterms.
