Turley Says Statute of Limitations on Stormy Daniels Case Ran-Out Two Years Ago so What’s Bragg Thinking About?

Today on Sunday Morning Futures, legal expert Jonathan Turley said that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg would have to bump the charge up against Trump from a misdemeanor to a felony because there was a two year statute of limitation on the misdemeanor, though then added that the charge of wrongdoing is seven years old, two years beyond the five year statute of limitation on such a felony in the New York.
