In his closing argument (on Thursday) in defense against Kari Lake’s lawsuit accusing election fraud in Arizona, absentminded Maricopa County attorney Tom Liddy said that if more Republicans had voted early or by mail-in ballot instead of concentrating on Election Day voting, the result might have been different, so isn’t that his admission that the Republicans were shorted enough votes for Katie Hobbs to have won? Will the judge realize this during his deliberation to decide the case?
