Since Kevin McCarthy is the only Republican in the House who can be elected Speaker without any Democrat votes, he should be elected, then watched, and if election integrity will be attained by 2024 for many more Republicans to be elected to the House, and McCarthy will not have not changed from his RINO-ish ways, he will be voted out of his Speakership for a MAGA person to takeover.
