We are now being told to not expect the winners of close elections to be determined until several days after Election Day, that is until the mail-in ballots will be counted, the same scenario as in 2020, so why shouldn’t mail-in ballots be counted on Election Day along with the same-day-voting ballots by requiring the mail-in ballots to be received by the Friday before Election Day?
