Gavin Newsom Goes All Babylon Bee in Saying Jaywalking Laws are Racist & Use of Rap Lyrics as Criminal Evidence Too

As if getting his policy ideas from The Babylon Bee, goofy governor Gavin Newsom of California wants to abolish the jaywalking laws because they are (supposedly) racist as well as ban the use of gangsta rap lyrics as evidence against the criminal defendants who habitually listen to it.
