The States Can Declare Illegal Immigration Invasion in Order to Respond Accordingly so Why Don’t Governors Do That?

U. S. Constitutional experts say that the states can declare that they’re being invaded and so solve the problem by removing the invaders, that which Kari Lake promises to do in Arizona upon her election to the governorship, so why haven’t Greg Abbott in Texas nor Ron DeSantis in Florida done this already, and might the governor of Massachusetts do this after the Martha’s Vineyard fiasco?
