According to Cal Berkley law professor John Yu (who served under president George Bush), former president Trump is allowed to keep copies of the documents which were stored at Mar-a-Lago, so shouldn’t that close the case considering Trump probably already made copies, and if he hadn’t, the case closed because the original documents have been retrieved to be given to the National Archives?
