Some of the mountain ranges of the world are said by the uniformitarians to be over a billion years old, yet if that’s so, shouldn’t they have been eroded away long ago or encased within sedimentary layers which were deposited on the continents subsequently by supposedly dozens of transgressions of the ocean onto the continents? There’s no evidence of mountain ranges within the geologic column, bearing out that the mountain ranges of the world formed while Pangea was separating, mostly near the end of the separation, that with which the uniformitarians do agree!
