France Using Only Paper Ballots Gets Results Election Night so Anything Short of That in U. S. Just Proves Rigging

Why do the Democrats and RINO’s of the UniParty oppose paper ballots only, because the United States of America are incapable of doing that which France does quite nicely, results quickly? Thus the devious UniParty’s opposition to this balloting method proves that they want to rig more elections, otherwise, they’d try to assuage the concern if not alarm expressed about this by over half the U. S. electorate.
