What’s considered scathing ridicule to some is seen as “hate speech” to others, at least scathing ridicule certainly dominant on the social media platforms none would deny, so hate speech or scathing ridicule (no matter what you call it) punished even-handedly by the moguls of the social media platforms, would cause the departures of about 90% of their customers!
