In June about 60,000 contracts to purchase homes in the U. S. were cancelled, that’s about 15% of the contracts, the highest in history except in March and April of plandemic 2020 when the figure was 18% (historically the number is typically 12% to 13%), so does this signal the end of the real estate bubble, prices coming down soon because of Biden’s disastrous economic policies, not oversupply?
