All the Provisions in Chuck Schumer’s Bill Doomed to Fail the Issues to Be Decided in States When Roe v. Wade Overturned?

With the vote now moments away, whatever are the provisions in the Democrats’ bill to codify abortion, doomed to fail, are the issues to be decided by the respective states democratically should Roe v. Wade be overturned, the degree of restriction (or ban) up to the people in each state. (Update: all Democrats except Manchin voted for it with no Republicans.)
