Alec Baldwin may face 2nd degree murder charges for reckless disregard of human life when he fired the gun which he said he assumed had a blank not a bullet loaded, his “assumed” his problem as it was his duty to check the chamber of the gun himself, as the actor, and doubly so as the producer, not to mention there had been a few accidental shots fired in the days preceding.
