Elon Musk Tweets Moving On . . . . so How Will Twitter Stockholders Respond Facing His Selling 9.2% of Twitter Shares?

This morning Elon Musk tweeted “Moving on . . . . ,” so is he giving up on his attempt to buy Twitter and soon to sell the 9.2% of Twitter stock which he already owns, or does he mean the process to buy the company is proceeding, the former more likely because for the latter he’d have said “moving ahead?”
