The nations maintaining normal relations with Russia (or increasing cooperation) during the Ukraine war in defiance of the World Economic Forum are inhabited by about 2/3rds of the world’s population, that number which a much longer war in Ukraine would probably not change, an incentive for Putin to continue the war if it weren’t so costly to Russia.
